Wood Owl

I am not a liar, saying it is free living. No, I took this one at the International centre of Birds of Prey. It was a lovely day out, even for a Sunday! I will show you some I had taken, but not now, it has been a long day.

    I love those delicate, gentle birds,
    but the owl has such a presence of strength and dignity.
